Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact in the world of health insurance claims? We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Reimbursement Supervisor to lead our HMO Team to success!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring timely and accurate financial reimbursement for health insurance claims. If you have a proven track record in reimbursement processes, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you!

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting staff with training, questions, problems and backlog
  • Meeting with staff weekly as a group and monthly on an individual basis, and providing performance feedback as applicable
  • Receiving, reviewing, approving, and /or denying revenue adjustments under $250.00 or as designated by the client
  • Receiving, reviewing, approving, and/or denying time off requests and timesheets from staff
  • Coordinating month-end process and completing it on or before the deadline dates assigned
  • Assisting managers with analyzing weekly/monthly reports such as denial and transaction report
  • Participating in the training and/or mentoring programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years related work experience
