Base Pay Range: $16.40 - $27.89 Per Hour Primary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits identified below. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
2. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling (preferred, but often not mandatory for entry-level roles).

Skills and Competencies

1. Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (often 50 lbs. or more).
2. Organization: Strong organizational skills to ensure inventory is stored efficiently.
3. Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and inventory tracking.
4. Basic Math Skills: For counting inventory and calculating weights or dimensions.
5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

1. Equipment Operation:
* Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
* Certification for forklift operation (often required or provided by the employer).
2. Computer Skills:
* Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or proprietary systems).
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Certifications and Training

1. OSHA Safety Training: Knowledge of workplace safety protocols.
2. Forklift Certification (if operating heavy machinery).
3. Hazardous Material Handling Certification (if applicable, for roles involving chemicals or other hazardous materials).

Soft Skills

1. Teamwork and collaboration.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Problem-solving and adaptability.

Additional Requirements

1. Ability to work flexible schedules (including shifts, weekends, or overtime).
