Sterile Processing Technician or Sterile Processing Technician Certified- Days

This position is assigned to decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, store and distribute instruments, equipment and supplies to the operating room and other departments and off-site clinics according to established procedures. Adheres to all hospital, departmental and infection control policies and procedures

Position Highlights:

• Sign on bonus: $ 10,000 with parameters Certified & $5,000 with parameters for non-certified

• Hourly Pay Range: $19.39 -30. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.89 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. (for hot jobs only)

• Location: Naperville, IL

• Full Time - 40 hours

• Hours: Days with rotating weekends and rotating holidays, dependent on staffing needs

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED

• Certification as a sterile processing technician obtained through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA).

Highly preferred:

• At least 6 months of previous sterile processing experience
