We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Sanford, ME. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $20 - $23 per hour

Daily tasks:



  • Responds to incoming calls and online inquiries from end users, service technicians, and sales professionals in a helpful and courteous manner.
  • Supports a network of independent manufacturers' sales representatives and partners.
  • Processes quotes, purchase orders, and logs call data into CRM or ERP systems.
  • Coordinates with engineering personnel to provide customers with product, pricing, and technical information.
  • Handles warranty calls and ensures customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of product features, benefits, and warranty information.
  • Ensures compliance with quality assurance and customer satisfaction programs, while using Lean tools to improve processes and eliminate waste.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has experience entering information into CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce and Epicor) and interacting with customers, sales representatives, and back-office operations like Engineering or Manufacturing to provide excellent, timely service. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. An associate's degree is preferred, along with 5 years of similar customer service experience. Experience with international orders or contracts is also a plus.
