The University has two compensation level positions: Compensation Associate and Compensation Analyst; the finalist will be offered the position based on their level of experience.

What You'll Do:
As a Compensation Associate/Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our HR team, focusing on:

  • Conducting market analyses to ensure our pay practices remain competitive and consistent.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
  • Writing and evaluating job descriptions and classifications to maintain fairness and balance.
  • Analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations that support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Additional Job Description

Compensation Associate Qualifications:

  • This position requires either five years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
  • Previous experience in an analytical or HR-related role.
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Compensation Analyst Qualifications:

  • This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in an analytical or HR-related role.
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
