We are seeking a Program Manager for Health Equity & Belonging to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at advancing health equity and fostering a sense of belonging for all. This role involves planning, developing, and maintaining systems while promoting a collaborative and innovative environment across all teams. The Program Manager will ensure high-quality, meaningful connections with all stakeholders, supporting improvement activities to enhance health equity and belonging among patients, staff, and the communities we serve.

What you'll do:

  • Develop execution plans and coordination of work activities associated with the enterprise-wide strategic priority.

  • Leverage advanced concepts and project management tools to manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.

  • Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures and act as a liaison between regions, departments, and outside communities.

  • Stay versatile and demonstrate notable accountability, monitoring and predictability in the delivery of projects.

  • Coaches and mentors others in their Area of Responsibility (AOR), while building cohesive, high-functioning relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise.

  • Ensures project-related activities stay within set budgetary tiers.

  • Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role

  • Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless waits

  • Uses Information Systems to their full capability

  • Duties as defined by specific department (if applicable)

  • Attends regularly-scheduled and assigned shifts

What you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, clinical or a related field required.

  • Certifications: Change Agent or Master Change Agent certification required within one year of hire. Project Management Professional certification preferred.

  • Experience: Eight years of project management experience preferably in a healthcare setting required.
