The Role in Brief: Managing Director, Partner Development Manager We are hiring a Managing Director to lead and manage the Partner Development team for our Research and Advisory products. The role is responsible for managing a team of individuals against a revenue goal for new and/or existing products. Following an initial onboarding period, the incumbent will assume responsibility for achieving revenue targets, including a direct role in developing new business. Having familiarized themselves with EAB Research and Advisory's diverse line of offerings in the relevant product and/or service areas, this person will implement effective strategies to grow revenue and manage team members and themselves against metrics in order to achieve results. This hire may be based in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $126,000 - $171,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
