Collaborative: A team player, valuing input from others and seeking help when needed. Passionate: Enthusiastic about the sport, excited to be part of the team, and eager to learn and grow. Self-starter: Proactive, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions without waiting for direction. They would possess technical and tactical expertise, understand the total approach to the game and able to identify details that can help players improve. They would recognize and challenge behaviors that don't align with the team's culture and take initiative to make a positive impact during practice.
