Position Function |
Provide for all aspects of a successful afterschool program for a cohort of MuncieP3 students at Longfellow Elementary School in Muncie, IN. Develop positive relationships with children and provide motivational support and guidance. Assure safety and supervision of children at all times.

Minimum Education |
High school diploma or equivalent (
GED). |
Minimum Experience |
At least 2 years' experience working with children in an educational setting. |
Minimum Other |
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations of children, staff, parents, community members, and school personnel.
Ability to plan and implement a positive learning environment, incorporating academics, enrichment, and recreation. |
Authorization to work in the US |
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. |
Preferred Education |
Degree from an accredited institution in education, child development, or related field. |
Preferred Experience |
CPR/First Aid certified. |
Preferred Other |
Current elementary or early childhood teaching license.
CYC certification training. |
