Position Title: Performance Chef

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 / yr.

Your Role:
As the Performance Chef, you will take charge of culinary operations at our dining account in Gulf Coast, FL ensuring top-quality food preparation and exceptional service. In this dynamic leadership role, you'll manage a team of talented associates, oversee food safety and sanitation protocols, and craft innovative dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
* Culinary Leadership: Plan and craft diverse, innovative menus that cater to a high-performance environment while aligning with client needs.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary associates, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Cost & Inventory Management: Manage cost controls, oversee expenditures, and ensure accurate purchasing and inventory handling.
* Program Development: Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams, keeping the dining experience fresh and exciting.
* Standards & Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety and sanitation standards across all aspects of the account.

What We're Looking For:
* Education: Culinary degree preferred, showcasing your dedication to the craft.
* Experience: 3-5 years of culinary management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume production and catering.
* Financial Acumen: Expertise in cost control and expenditure management.
* Passion for Growth: A desire to learn, innovate, and grow within a top-tier food service organization.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of excellence.
