POSITION

Allspring Global Investments Marketing & Communications Team is seeking a Content Operations Associate to partner with our Thought Leadership and Product Marketing teams and other key stakeholders to maintain a robust pipeline of unique and insightful investment content for the firm.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, Menomonee Falls, WI, Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain and oversee content pipeline from all writers in coordination with the Head of Content.
  • Create a strong organizational process to keep multiple projects on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate a smooth end-to-end workflow process for content, including copyediting, design, compliance, ADA tagging, and distribution.
  • Ensure all content is posted to Seismic and our external website in partnership with our Digital Team.
  • Track projects and understand timelines to ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Manage short timelines for timely content that requires an accelerated production schedule.
  • Work in partnership with Head of Content to update strategic PowerPoint to demonstrate the work we do and showcase content statistics.
  • Have a high-level understanding of content to ensure proper disclosures, CTA, author titles and designations are included in the pieces, as well as to be able to understand which pieces are appropriate for channels and regions.
  • Develop an automated system for updating and maintaining our content statistics and engagement numbers


QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2-4 years of project management, content coordination or marketing support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear, concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups.
  • Ideally have a working knowledge of Seismic.
  • Ideally have prior experience working in financial services.
  • General knowledge and understanding of financial services industry preferred.
