We're actively seeking a talented Vendor Operations Specialist to join our Vendor Operations Team in Newport Beach, Omaha, or Lynchburg.

  • This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a Sr. Vendor Operations Specialist you'll move Pacific Life, and your career forward by being key point of contact for daily interactions with the Document Control Center, supporting vendor inquiries, providing issue resolution, evaluating work to ensure process and resource optimization, and work alignment with business goals and contractual expectations. You will fillan existing role that sits on a team of6+ people in theConsumer MarketsDivision. Your colleagues will includefellowvendor relations professionals. You will be joining a highly collaborative team focused on improving the customer experience through engaged and purposefulvendor interactions.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Ongoing review of Document Control Center environment and processes, acting as point of contact for DCC management.

  • Identifies, tracks, and shares observations and areas of opportunity with Leader and Enterprise Vendor Management

  • Acts as point of contact for Operations business leaders to discuss challenges with DCC workflow, service level agreements, and quality standards

  • Acts as lead on assigned projects impacting Document Control Center

  • Demonstrates understanding of budget and expected expense flows and supports leadership with development of annual budget plan.

The experience you bring:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with moderate aptitude with Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with operational business outsourcing models

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction, effective research and analysis skills, strong communication skills dealing with a variety of people, ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment under tight deadlines

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$36.60 - $44.74
