* Base Pay Range: $59,322 - $96,762, based on experience
Work with teams across Marketing and Communications to coordinate and track projects from intake to completion. Develop reports for leaders on productivity, project status and additional requests, as needed. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Organize and maintain tasks in the project management platform. Intake project requests and collaborate with team leaders to coordinate projects and assign tasks to the appropriate team members. Evaluate project details to ensure sufficient information is included to accurately assign project tasks to team members. Develop and maintain written project management processes. Review with leaders on an annual basis to ensure workflows are up to date. Work with colleagues to ensure they are informed of processes and that they are being followed. Create and manage project timelines through the utilization of project management software to ensure projects are completed on time, adjusting schedules and targets in response to changing needs and requirements. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure projects are progressing as planned, tasks are completed efficiently and on time, and that processes and procedures are followed. Lead routine meetings with managers and key team leads to review project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed as scheduled and communicating changes to timelines. Lead routine marketing, communications, and public relations meetings to review weekly outgoing content and campaigns. Communicate regularly with key departmental teams on the status of active projects and provide detailed reports and updates to Marketing and Communications leaders. Develop a monthly productivity report for the Executive Director of Marketing outlining work completed by the team. May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field. Three (3) years of relevant work experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Click Up. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
