Job Title: Manufacturing Operator- QC Laboratory

Sunday to Wednesday: 10 hour shifts

Norton, MA 02766

Pay Rate: 36 an Hour

Education: AA Degree, Chemistry or Biology

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Operator will perform routine clinical manufacturing operations at the Manufacturing Facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cGMP-compliant operations at all times, supporting the production of clinical products. The position requires interaction with cross-functional support teams to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manufacture clinical products.
  • Perform routine tasks, including weigh/dispense operations, solution preparation, equipment cleaning-in-place (CIP) and cleaning-out-of-place (COP), and small parts cleaning.
  • Stock and organize materials in manufacturing suites to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Facilities, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Materials Management, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), to complete activities efficiently.
  • Adhere to cGMP and FDA regulations to maintain compliance and product quality standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
  • Experience following and working under SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict compliance and quality standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal support groups.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation and cleaning procedures.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in clinical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of materials management practices.


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing setting.
