We are seeking applicants for temporary lecturer position(s) in theatre and dance disciplines. Appointment(s) may be for 1 or more quarters based upon the teaching needs of the department and funding availability. Job duties and responsibilities for the Temporary Lecturer position include:

Qualified candidates will possess an MFA (or 3-5 years of professional experience). 3-5 years of professional experience is demonstrated by consistent employment in the appropriate discipline. Examples of professional experience in the following venues may include: resident and regional theaters, operas, concert halls, cinema, museums, galleries, festivals, national theaters, corporate events, cultural and/or community-centered venues, international institutions, and/or commercial theaters including: Broadway and Off-Broadway. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in the theatre or dance discipline and strong demonstrated accomplishments in areas. Examples of demonstrated accomplishments in areas include but are not limited to: positive teaching/mentoring evaluations, student support letters, peer/professional reviews, artist residencies, peer-reviewed publications, creative research endeavors, and applicable grants/awards/honors/nominations.
