Position Summary: Eastern New Mexico University is seeking two applicants for full time Instructor in CDIS beginning January 2025, one semester only appointment. Instructor primary duties will include teaching undergraduate coursework with a possibility of supervising graduate level student clinicians. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in CDIS
- Provide clinical supervision
- Assist with ASHA accreditation compliance
- Participation in program, departmental, and university activities.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- CCC-SLP and Master's degree
- At least two years of CDIS practice experience
- Eligibility for NM licensure as SLP
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate must possess commitment to excellence in teaching students of diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions

Physical Demand and Working Conditions: Work is generally sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
