How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Industrial Network Engineer will be responsible for applying engineering principles independently to all aspects of design, programming, installation, startup, and troubleshooting of industrial network systems. The Engineer will have deep and broad competency in process automation of chemical plants using DCS, PLC, SCADA, etc. systems and networks. The candidate preferably has experience in manufacture or use of ultrahigh purity materials supplied to the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drives a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" with their actions and their words on a daily basis Develop network architecture designs based on the specific requirements of ALAM standards, industry best practices, and project specific requirements. Implement network solutions, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking devices, ensuring compatibility and efficiency. Conduct regular network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures. Generate regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and recommended improvements. Actively participates in Design Reviews and PHAs providing unique SME perspective on risks related to the Industrial Networking domain. Experience specifying, programming, and supporting industrial networks consisting of standard industry network protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Devicenet, HART, Modbus or BACnet. Responsible for establishing engineering design basis, and assisting with design documentation (e.g. Network Diagrams, functional design specifications) for both new and existing facilities while following department standards Successfully completes all assigned training and tasks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent 10+years of relevant experience, including programming Industrial network design and troubleshooting for chemical plant design and operation as well as process data collection and distribution for wider corporate use Knowledge and experience with configuring a wide range of network compatible instruments and devices Candidate should have knowledge of applicable codes and standards for process control hardware and software (e.g. UL listing, NEC, etc.) as applied to hazardous materials handling and manufacture Experience with ISA - 95 Control Systems to Business Systems integration Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 Cyber Security standards, including network segregation, and hardening. Experience with servers and application deployment in a virtualized environment Experience with industrial middleware servers such as Kepware or Open Automation Experience managing network credentials, and deploying and supporting related domain servers Ability to develop and interpret network schematics Experience with developing and deploying ethernet based industrial networks 15%~20% domestic and international travel for commissioning and support Experience with Ethernet based networking standards in an industrial setting Experience with standard industrial standard historians such as Aveva Pi, FT Historian, Intouch
