In this advanced role, you'll serve as a trusted resource and preceptor to fellow technicians, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and patient care in every procedure. What You'll Do: Prepare procedure rooms and organize equipment based on physician preference and patient needs. Assist physicians during a variety of advanced endoscopic procedures. Ensure efficient room turnover with strong attention to detail and infection control principles. Clean, disinfect, and maintain all endoscopic and accessory equipment. Support training and orientation for new team members. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
