Join our dynamic team at Konica Minolta as a Marcoms Manager for Production & Industrial Print! This pivotal role within the Branding & Content team is your opportunity to lead innovative content marketing strategies that drive our sales pipeline and elevate our brand. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our corporate story and activating key product launches, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment. This role specifically focuses on the production and industrial print industry, requiring specialized marketing skills and industry knowledge.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Storytelling: Craft and communicate the compelling narrative of Konica Minolta's production and industrial print portfolio and its transformational program
  • Drive Effective Content: Collaborate with the Campaign Managers to develop and execute marketing communications, brand, and content strategies that generate Marketing Qualified Leads ( MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) within key customer segments in the production and industrial print sector, such as label, embellishment, inkjet, and digital toner based printing.
  • Market Insight & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and research specific to the production and industrial print industry to provide thought leadership and shape impactful Marcoms programs.
  • Multi-channel Campaign Activation: Partner with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing and Learning and Development teams to strategize and activate multi-channel campaigns
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop marketing materials aligned with brand direction and customer segmentation requirements, focusing on the unique needs of the production and industrial print industry.
  • Analyze marketing ROI to optimize programs and activities, ensuring they meet the specific demands of the production and industrial print sector.
  • Event & Partnership Support: Support our Corporate Events and Partnership teams with communication activities as required.

Qualifications

Experience, Educational Requirements & Certifications

* 7+ years channel B2B marketing experience, preferably in the production and industrial print industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
* Proficient with computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational skills, ability to follow up and high attention to detail
* Solid understanding of sales and business processes
* Ability to interact with other marketing teams to interpret and frame business needs into communications strategies
* Has capabilities to interact regularly with other people within and outside the organization in planning, coordinating and executing marketing communications campaigns
* Creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and fun, work environment
