Salary Range - $101,230 - $146.578 Annually


GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for growing profitable sales and increasing market position by providing excellent customer service and support. This position will generate new business development and sell into existing customer base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. You will be expected to deliver game changing solutions that only Kyocera can, with ingenious solutions that connect people. Pioneering solutions that create an excellent customer experience.
  2. The role of the Account Manager is to develop technology solutions based on customer desired business outcomes.
  3. This role will work collaboratively with the account team to sell with, and directly to, our customers to enhance the experience.
  4. You will work with a team of solutions managers, engineers, quality control and partners to implement and provide an integrated, enterprise-wide rugged hardware solution in addition to wireless network access at Enterprise, Small Business, and Government customers.
  5. You will support complete effort to provide enterprise solutions and consolidate existing systems and solutions for customer's mobile services using Rugged Kyocera Hardware, video teleconferencing, wireless network internet access, mission-critical solutions and business critical solutions.
  6. You will ensure that detailed plans are developed, communicated, and then tracked as work is executed.
  7. You will interact with customer to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, and all work efforts are coordinated.
  8. Oversee project to the satisfaction of the customer Statement of Work, on schedule and within budget.
  9. You will also manage all risks and issues that are identified throughout the life cycle of the project.
  10. You will provide the project initiation, scope, requirements and scheduling for new implementations and continued support.
  11. Deliver all key business goals including orders, revenue, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
  12. Lead all Territory sales activities.
  13. Regular & accurate business forecasting orders, revenue, supply chain demand.
  14. Lead long range planning process for annual/3-year outlook.
  15. Collaboration with presales and delivery organizations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  16. Engagement with support team's product, finance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure customer outcomes are met.
  17. Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data.
  18. Conceptualize, develop, and scale mobility solutions for Retail, Business and Enterprise Customers.
  19. Develop executable pathways for successful implementation and scale for critical communications network.
