Job Description
As the Manager of TA Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the North America and World Headquarters TA team. Reporting to the Director of TA Strategy and Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for driving ownership of our TA Key Performance Indicators, and leading training and development for the Centers of Excellence across the TA organization. The goals you help set for the TA team will, in turn, drive business performance and results across our North America Business Units and functions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

New Hire Base Salary Range: $99,100.00 - $123,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
