Job Summary: The Commercial Training Specialist will be responsible for visual renderings which will be used to train, support, and guide processes in the commercial sales, operations, and marketing space. The goal of this position is to create quality "go to" resources where beginners, intermediate, and in some case advanced salespeople can get very detailed knowledge about customers, vendors, design firms and more. These documents will also allow us to continually download valuable essential knowledge from our more experienced staff. The tools created by this role will be used to achieve consistent successful outcomes, scalability, and accountability. Responsibilities:
